Are DealSharks' coupons free?
Yes! Our coupons are free. DealSharks' coupons come straight from the manufacturers.

What is a coupon code and how do I use it?
Online store coupons usually have coupon codes. On the coupon, you'll see "Code - XXX". At some point during checkout, you'll have to enter that code to receive your discount.

How long are the coupons good for?
If the coupon has an expiration date, DealSharks will post it on the coupon.

What are the restrictions?
Every coupon offer is different, so be sure to read the fine print! Some might have regulations that require you to make your purchase with a specific credit card, while others might simply limit the quantity of items purchased per household.

Will retail stores accept these coupons?
All coupons on DealSharks are for online purchases only, so you're not able to print the coupons and take them to a physical store.

What if I don't see my discount appear when I'm checking out?
If your discount does not appear at checkout, it's best not to proceed with your order. You discount should appear on the confirmation screen before you submit your payment. If it doesn't appear here, you won't receive your discount.

Do you guarantee the coupons?
We cannot guarantee any coupon, codes, shipping offers, or any promotions listed on our website.

What's the difference between a coupon and a deal?
A coupon usually offers a flat percentage or flat rate discount of a product purchase, whereas a deal is normally a service thrown in at no extra charge. So, you might find a coupon for 20% off your next purchase at Company X, but Company X might also offer a deal in which you receive free shipping on orders over $40. Oftentimes, coupons have expiry dates while deals run for longer periods.

What are the benefits of signing up?
By signing up to DealSharks, you'll be able to save coupons to a wish list for easy retrieval. What's more, DealSharks will deliver new coupons and deals straight to your inbox each day for the stores and/or products only in which you're interested.

What should I do if I've lost my password?

If you have forgotten your password, follow these simple steps:

1. Click on "Forgot Password."

2. Enter your user information and email address into the displayed form, and click on the "Reset Password" button.

3. You will receive a notice that your new password has been sent to your email address. Log into your email inbox and retrieve your new password from the DealSharks email.

For added security, we recommend you login and change this password in the My Account section of DealSharks.com. If you did not request a password change, please report this incident to support@dealsharks.com.

How Does My Wish List Work?

My Wish List provides you with the ability to save coupons and deals for later use! How do you use this feature? It's simple!

With every coupon and deal on DealSharks, you will see an option to "Save Coupon". If you click on this, you will receive a message "The coupon has been added to your Wish List successfully". Now, where do you find the coupons and deals that you have saved to your Wish List?

When logged in to DealSharks, you will see an option on the menu bar "My Settings". This is where you find your personal settings, under Account Management, and your Wish List, in the left hand menu.. Clicking on Wish List will display all coupons you have saved in your wish list. Now just click on the coupon to use it! You can also delete any coupons you no longer wish to keep.
